Gonzales has been designated by the White House to represent the United States at the International Summit on Democracy, Terrorism and Security and the official commemoration of the Madrid Train Bombing on THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, MARCH 10-11, 2005. This international forum will bring global leaders and ordinary citizens together to promote democratic values and committed cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
The Attorney General will participate with other international leaders in the Summits Closing Plenary Session on March 10.
