Today, Acting Secretary Chad F. Wolf will be traveling with President Donald J. Trump to Miami, FL. There, President Trump and Acting Secretary Wolf will receive a briefing from U.S Southern Command on the advances of the Enhanced Counter Narcotics Operations since April 1st in the Caribbean and the Eastern Pacific. DHS is committed to bring all of its resources to bear in close coordination with our partners so that we can hold cartels accountable. President Trump has recognized the threat posed by dangerous drug cartels requires a strong response not only at our borders, but also at sea.
