LAS VEGAS -- Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will discuss the progress of renewable energy development and job creation in Nevada during a visit to Las Vegas on Tuesday, April 27. Secretary Salazar will participate in a ceremony with leaders who are involved in the construction of a wind turbine production and assembly plant that is expected to create over 1,000 jobs in Nevada.
