Federal Reserve announces approval of application by WSFS Financial Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its unanimous approval of the application by WSFS Financial Corporation, Wilmington, Delaware, to acquire Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
