Senator Boxer to Speak on Infrastructure Investment and Economic Recovery

BACKGROUND: U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, will deliver a speech Wednesday in San Francisco on the importance of investing in the nation's infrastructure to rebuild the economy and create jobs.
