Washington, D.C. -- Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Chairman of the Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statement regarding today's decision by the D.C. Court of Appeals to affirm the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) landmark efforts to protect Americans from the devastating impacts of carbon pollution.

Senator Boxer said: "The Appeals Court's decision to unambiguously affirm EPA's clean air efforts to reduce dangerous carbon pollution is a big victory for the health of the American people."
