The U.S. Marshals Service, Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with the Atlanta Police Department, State of Georgia SWAT Team, and the North Metro SWAT Team, arrested three individuals wanted for homicide in two days.
Aldair Leon Olluss, 27, was arrested without incident Feb. 7 at a home on Irwin Street and remanded to the Fulton County Jail, awaiting extradition. Olluss was arrested on felony hit and run causing death charges that stemmed from a Jan. 21 incident in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Atlanta Police Department assisted with the arrest after Olluss was located.
Jahlil Williams, 23, was located and apprehended on Feb. 8 at a home on Holly Road NW. Mallory was arrested and transported to the Fulton County Jail and is awaiting extradition. Mallory was wanted for homicide charges for the shooting death of a 14-year-old on Nov. ,29, 2021 in Philadelphia in which the victim was chased down the street and shot 18 times. The Georgia State Patrol SWAT Team made the arrest at the request of the U.S. Marshals after Williams was located.
Adarus Black, 19, was located and apprehended on Feb. 8 in an apartment on Greyfield Lane in Sandy Springs. Black was arrested and transported to the Fulton County Jail, awaiting extradition. Black was wanted for homicide charges for the shooting death of an 18-year-old girl who was sitting in a car at a stoplight on June 14, 2020, in Akron, Ohio. The North Metro SWAT Team made the arrest at the request of the U.S. Marshals after Black was located.
The Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) became fully active in September 2003 and operates out of offices in Atlanta, Savannah and Macon. The SERFTF currently has Memoranda of Understanding with more than 20 federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies and continues to recruit other agencies to participate in the task force. The SERFTF has become well recognized as the "one-stop shop" for fugitive investigations in the state of Georgia.
