Washington, DC- Today, Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Peter DeFazio (D-OR) announced the Committee will hold a hearing titled “The Impacts of State-Owned Enterprises on Public Transit and Freight Rail Sectors." During the hearing, Members will examine whether changes to federal policies are needed to ensure a fair rolling stock market that serves the interests of American taxpayers and transit riders.
