Chair DeFazio Formally Invites Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg to Testify at Hearing in October on the 737 MAX

Washington, DC- Today, Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Peter DeFazio (D-OR) formally invited Boeing Chairman Dennis Muilenburg and Chief Engineer of Boeing’s Commercial Airplanes division John Hamilton to appear before the Full Committee for a hearing on Oct. 30, 2019.

Last week, Chairs DeFazio and Larsen sent a formal request to Mr. Muilenburg to make several Boeing employees available for interviews with committee staff.
