Chair DeFazio Announces First Hearing in a Two-Part Series on Protecting the Nation’s Infrastructure Amid an Evolving Cybersecurity Landscape

Washington, DC - Today, Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Peter DeFazio (D-OR) announced the committee will hold a hearing titled, “The Evolving Cybersecurity Landscape: Industry Perspectives on Securing the Nation’s Infrastructure." During this first hearing in a two-part series, members will hear industry perspectives about the gaps in the nation’s ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyberattacks against critical infrastructure.
