Graf pled guilty to the charges on June 10, 2013.

Graf’s conviction stems from the April 12, 2011 execution of a search warrant at his residence by the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department. Graf acknowledged that he had been selling the marijuana.

The case was investigated by the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department and assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives.
