Mobile Man Sentenced to 81 Months in Prison for Narcotics and Firearm Offenses

Kenyen R. Brown, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama announced that Brian O’Keith Jackson, a twice-convicted felon, age 31, of Eight Mile, Alabama, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Callie V.S. Granade to 81 months imprisonment for possessing cocaine on April 12, 2014, with the intent to distribute, and for possessing a firearm during the drug trafficking crime. Jackson entered a guilty plea to the charges on Sept. 19, 2014, and admitted his involvement in the offenses.

This case was investigated by the Chickasaw Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and prosecuted by Donna B. Dobbins of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Alabama.
