Martinsburg, WV - The U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the

public’s assistance in locating Michael Payton, 34, of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Michael Payton

is wanted on charges of distribution of heroin and probation violation for distribution of cocaine.

Michael Payton has a criminal history that includes distribution of narcotics in the Eastern

Panhandle of West Virginia. Payton has ties Jefferson County, West Virginia and previously resided

on Dunrobin Drive in Martinsburg. Payton also has associates in Maryland, Delaware and

Pennsylvania.
