U.S. Marshals Arrest Murder Suspect in Norfolk

Norfolk, VA - U.S. Marshals, along with the Norfolk Police Department K-9, arrested John Wilson this morning around 09:30am in Norfolk, Virginia. U.S. Marshals observed Wilson walk into the Tinee Giant located at 7101 Sewells Point Rd. Norfolk. Once Wilson exited the store, he was taken into custody.

Wilson is currently facing one count of murder, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Wilson is being housed at the Norfolk City Jail.

Nationally, the U.S. Marshals Service fugitive apprehension efforts are carried out with local law enforcement in 94 district offices, 85 local fugitive task forces, 8 regional task forces, as well as a growing network of offices in foreign countries.
