Austin,TX - The U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force Wednesday evening arrested a man wanted in a July homicide of an Austin man and a November 2018 homicide of a woman in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Marcus Anthony Gibbs, 32, was wanted on first-degree murder, criminal homicide and aggravated assault charges in connection with the shooting death of 32-year-old Selena Wall, who was found with multiple gunshot wounds in her Erie apartment Nov. 19, 2018. He was also wanted for the July 18 shooting death of Alexander J. Morgan Jr. Although Morgan was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas in critical condition, he was declared brain dead July 21 and taken off life support.
Gibbs was arrested without incident shortly after 8 p.m. in the 400 block of Masterson Pass. He was booked into the Travis County jail.
