U.S. Marshals Request Public's Assistance to Locate Fugitive Cory Nipper

Martinsburg, WV - The U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Corey Nipper, 31, of Martinsburg, WV. On July 15, 2019, a warrant was issued for Corey Nipper for violation of his bond. The U.S. Marshals Task Force is assisting the Berkeley County Pre-Trial unit in locating and arresting Nipper.

On June 11, 2019 Corey Nipper was placed on bond on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, Conspiracy to deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Cocaine and being a Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm. Nipper absconded from pre-trial supervision in June of 2019 and a warrant for his arrest was issued by Berkeley County Court on July 15, 2019.

The Marshals believe Corey Nipper may be in the Martinsburg area or fled back to Georgia his home state.
