U.S. Marshals Looking for “Tinkman” Gotti Gang Member is wanted by multiple jurisdictions

Norfolk, VA - U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s assistance in locating an armed and dangerous gang member wanted on firearms charges related to several incidents around Hampton Roads over the past two weeks.

Akail Allen, 20, is likely residing in Portsmouth or Norfolk. He is known by the aliases of “Tinkman," “Tink," or “Slick." He is known to drive stolen vehicles and carry a firearm. Allen should be considered armed and dangerous. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds.

Allen has the following outstanding felony arrest warrants:

Norfolk Police Department - Issued April 13

* Malicious Wounding

* Use of Firearm in Commission of a Felony

* Possession of Firearm by Violent Convicted Felon

Newport News Police Department - Issued April 21

* Robbery

* Abduction

* Use of Firearm in the Commission of a Felony

* Conspiracy to Commit a Felony
