Washington, DC - Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 2, Congressman Elijah E. Cummings, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, will speak on the state of housing in Black America at a public issues forum hosted by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Congressman Cummings will offer his perspective on home ownership and the foreclosure crisis in African American communities in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia regions. He will be joined at the forum by Howard University President Dr. Sidney Ribeau and District of Columbia Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton.
