Concord, NH - The U.S. Marshals - NH Joint Fugitive Task Force is pleased to announce the arrest of “Fugitive of the Week," Chad Roland Glodgett.
Chad Glodgett, 39 years-of-age, who was last known to have ties to the Belmont and, the Concord, NH areas when the arrest warrant was issued. Mr. Glodgett was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Tilton (NH) Police Department for narcotics, vehicular assault, resisting arrest or detention, and the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. These charges stem from an incident in which Glodgett was alleged to have fled from Tilton Police officers in a motor vehicle.
As part of this investigation, Mr. Glodgett was scheduled to be featured as the “Fugitive of the Week" this morning, Jan. 26, 2022. This feature was to be aired on WTPL-FM, WNTK-FM, WTSN-FM, WEMJ-FM, The Union Leader, The Nashua Telegraph, The Patch, Manchester Information, the Manchester Ink Link, The Rochester & Lebanon Voice and prominently featured on the internet. The “Fugitive of the Week" continues to be a very successful tool that has resulted in the location and arrest of over 500 fugitives since its implementation in 2007. Additionally, the “Fugitive of the Week" was to be distributed statewide to all law enforcement officers in New Hampshire.
It was due to ongoing investigative efforts over the past couple of weeks by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, the Tilton and Concord Police Departments that resulted in a tip being called into the Concord Police Department last night. This information was quickly acted on by officers from the Concord Police Department, which resulted in Glodgett’s arrest. Mr. Glodgett was arrested on the outstanding Tilton Police Department warrant and was also charged with theft and narcotics related offenses due to his activities last night. Mr. Glodgett is currently being held in custody at the Merrimack County Jail after he refused the services of a bail commissioner. Glodgett should be arraigned on these charges later today.

Since the inception of the U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in 2002, these partnerships have resulted in over 8,542 arrests (Updated as of 12/31/2021). These arrests have ranged in seriousness from murder, assault, unregistered sex offenders, probation and parole violations and numerous other serious offenses. Nationally the United States Marshals Service fugitive programs are carried out with local law enforcement in 94 district offices, 85 local fugitive task forces, 8 regional task forces, as well as a growing network of offices in foreign countries.
