Washington, D.C. -On Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, at 12:30 pm, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) will hold a press conference to introduce the Whistleblower Augmented Reward and Non-Retaliation Act of 2016 (WARN Act) to expand protections for those who put their careers at risk to blow the whistle on financial crimes.
