Washington, D.C. -Today, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Ranking Member of the House Committee on the Oversight and Government Reform, sent a letter to the Directors of the Office of Personnel Management and the Office of Management and Budget seeking a briefing on their plans to comply with a recent federal court decision invalidating provisions of President Trump’s Executive Orders.
