Reclamation will change the fees for full-service camping at Clark Canyon Recreational Vehicle Park over the next few recreation seasons. Full-service camping fees for the 2022 recreation season will remain the same at $30 per day and $150 per week, but the monthly option will be eliminated.
Daily fees for the 2023 recreation season will remain the same at $30 per day, but weekly rates will increase to $200 per week. Season long camping is prohibited and violates Reclamation’s Code of Federal Regulation 43 CFR Part 423.33 14-day stay limit.
“Modifications to the length of stay are needed to be consistent with existing CFRs and changing recreation demands, said Ryan Newman, Montana Area Office Manager. “Our goal is to provide the best recreation experience for locals as well as visiting outdoor enthusiasts with the limited resources available to us.”
The RV Park boat ramp will remain open and free to the recreating public during the recreation season. All other Clark Canyon campgrounds will remain free of charge, open on a first come - first served basis, and will continue to be limited to 14-day stay limits.
