U.S. Department of Transportation Applauds International Transport Forum Actions to Restrict Participation of Russia and Belarus

The U.S. Department of Transportation applauds the actions taken yesterday by the member countries of the International Transportation Forum (ITF) to restrict the participation of Russia and Belarus in the ITF in response to Russia’s unprovoked and brutal invasion of Ukraine.

The U.S. voted along with our global partners to limit the participation of Russia and Belarus in the ITF. The ITF is a 63-country intergovernmental organization for transport policy.
