Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Health Care Bill

WASHINGTON --Senate Finance Committee Chairman William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE) today announced that the Finance Committee Subcommittee on Health Care, under the chairmanship of Senator John H. Chafee (R-RI), will meet on Tuesday, July 27, 1999 at 2:30 p.m. in 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building, to hear testimony on S. 662, a bill to provide medical assistance for certain women found to have breast or cervical cancer.

The following witnesses are expected to appear before the Subcommittee:
