Description: The Committee on Finance, led by Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman, will hear testimony on revenue proposals in the President's Fiscal Year 2004 budget from new Treasury Secretary John W. Snow, who will be the sole witness. The hearing was rescheduled to accommodate members’ attendance at the Columbia shuttle victims’
memorial service in Houston.
