Senator Hatch's Amendments to S. 2450

Amendment 1.

Med Device. Amends the Internal Revenue Code to exempt medical devices sold under Tricare or VA from the tax.

Amendment 2.

HSAs for VA benes. Amends the IRC to allow individuals who have received veterans benefits to contribute to and receive benefits from a Health Savings Account.
