WASHINGTON - Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) today announced the committee will mark up the nomination of the U.S. Treasury Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy during an executive session tomorrow, Thursday, July 20, at 10 a.m., in Room 215 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

The committee will consider the following nomination:
