Wyden Statement on the Administration's Continued Refusal to Release Trump's Tax Returns

Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden, D-Ore., today released the following statement in response to the Trump administration's continued refusal to comply with House Ways & Means Chairman Richard Neal, D-Mass., request for President Donald Trump’s tax returns:

“The Trump administration’s lawlessness continues unabated. Secretary Mnuchin has blatantly interfered with the IRS’s obligation to provide the president’s tax returns, and action is needed to force this administration to follow the law."
