USMCA will be a big boon to the American worker.
In my state, one out of four Iowa manufacturing firms export to Canada and Mexico.
Seventy percent of these are small and medium sized businesses. More than 25,400 Iowans depend on manufacturing jobs.
By encouraging auto manufacturers to use more U.S. content and high wage labor, USMCA will help American workers compete on a level playing field and benefit from selling to two of our largest trading partners.
