Brady Praises House Passage of Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2016

WASHINGTON, D.C. - House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady (R-TX) issued the following statement after the House passed H.R. 4721, the Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2016. The legislation will extend key revenue provisions to support the Airport and Airway Trust Fund through March 31, 2017.

“Today, we passed a stable funding bill that will help ensure our nation’s airports and airways remain safe and secure. I look forward to Senate action on this legislation so we can continue to protect American travelers as Congress works toward a long-term plan to improve air travel in America."
