Washington, D.C. - Today, U.S. Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA), Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on President Obama’s refusal to meet with Russian President Putin in Moscow in September.

“This should help make clear that the Russian government’s giving Edward Snowden ‘refugee’ status is unacceptable. Snowden should be sent to the U.S. to defend his actions in a U.S. court of law.".
