Washington, D.C. - House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) released the below statement following the release of the Select Committee on Benghazi’s report today.
“The Obama administration failed on multiple levels before, during and after the Benghazi attack. Making matters worse, senior officials then misled the American people about what happened. They refused to tell the truth.
“Today the former Secretary of State says ‘it’s time to move on’ - but there has been zero accountability. Four Americans died, yet no one has been fired. No one even missed a paycheck.
“Americans - including all our men and women serving overseas - deserve better.".
