Chairman Royce Statement on Gov. Nikki Haley’s Confirmation as Ambassador to the U.N.

Washington, D.C. - House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) issued the following statement after Gov. Nikki Haley was confirmed as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.

“Congratulations to Nikki Haley on her confirmation as our ambassador to the United Nations. I have no doubt she’ll be a tough negotiator on behalf of the American people. I look forward to working with her on bringing much-needed reforms to the U.N. and restoring U.S. leadership abroad.".
