WASHINGTON-Representative Eliot L. Engel, Chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, today announced that Committee Democrats have selected subcommittee chairs, subcommittee assignments, and elected Representative Joaquin Castro (TX) as the Committee’s Vice Chair.

The Democratic subcommittee membership for the 116th Congress follows.
