McCaul Speaks on House Floor in Support of Allies Act

Washington, DC - House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul spoke on the House floor in support of the Allies Act of 2021.

During his remarks, Lead Republican McCaul highlighted the promise that we made to our Afghan partners and our moral obligation to fulfill it.

“Speaker, there is a saying no man left behind, no one left behind. That is the promise we made to the interpreters, to our Afghan partners. We would not leave them behind in the dust to be slaughtered by the Taliban. They have a bullseye on their back. They will be killed if we don’t get them out of there."
