Senator Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.), Ranking Member of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, sent the following letter to Senator Judd Gregg (R-N.H.), Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee and Ranking Member Kent Conrad (D-N.D.), offering recommendations on the President's proposed Fiscal Year 2007 Budget as it relates to Homeland Security.
