The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Susan Collins (R-ME) and Ranking Member Joe Lieberman (D-CT) announced today that the Committee approved by voice vote the nominations of R. David Paulison to be Under Secretary for Federal Emergency Management at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Lurita Alexis Doan to be Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration.
