WASHINGTON - Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Joe Lieberman, ID-Conn., Monday issued the following statement about the nomination of FBI Deputy Director John Pistole to be Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration.
“My initial reaction to the nomination of John Pistole to head TSA is extremely positive. He has a great law enforcement background and understands the threat of terrorism as well as anyone in the government."
