A bill to adjust the boundaries of the Pisgah National Forest in McDowell County, North Carolina, and to authorize the purchase of privately held land by the U.S. Forest Service. Passed Committee by voice vote and ordered to be reported favorably to the House with the recommendation that it pass, July 29, 2009.
