Today, Administrator Power spoke to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) International Affairs Fellows and members in the keynote session of the 2022 International Affairs Fellowship Conference. The conversation was moderated by Margaret Talev, Managing Editor for Politics at Axios and Political Analyst for CNN.
During the session, which included live questions from the audience, Administrator Power discussed a range of pressing foreign policy issues including strengthening democracy and reversing the rise of authoritarianism across the world. She also spoke about the ongoing global food crisis made worse by Putin’s war in Ukraine and the United States’ efforts to respond to those in need.
