Brady: President Biden’s Inflation-Plagued Economy Gets Crueler for American Families

After the Federal Reserve’s preferred measure of inflation increased by 6.3 percent from the year previous, Ways and Means Republican Leader Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX) issued the following statement:
“This latest report demonstrates just how cruel President Biden’s inflation-plagued economy can be for American families. Twenty-six million Americans have had their savings wiped out because of Biden-Flation, and others are skipping meals, relying on their credit card to pay for routine purchases, and even delaying their own retirement. With a recession almost certain, the only question is how much Democrats will prolong it with even more dangerous policies."
