BOISE - Christopher Palacios, a/k/a “Paco," 41, of Filer, Idaho, was sentenced today to 218 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Palacios appeared today before U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge at the federal courthouse in Boise. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Feb. 26, 2013.
According to court documents, Palacios admitted that between March 29 and May 21, 2012, he conspired with his co-defendants, Terry O’Brien and Krystal Reese, to distribute methamphetamine in the Twin Falls area.
Co-conspirator Terry Lee O’Brien, 54, of Boise, Idaho, was sentenced on July 2, 2013, to 66 months in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine.
Co-conspirator Krystal Amber Reese, 32, of Filer, pleaded guilty on July 2, 2013, to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Sentencing is set for Sept. 23, 2013.
The case was investigated by the Idaho State Police.
