Jacksonville, Florida - U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard sentenced Arnold Clayton (42, Sanderson) to nineteen years and six months in federal prison for one count of distributing cocaine base and cocaine, and for violating his supervised release in a prior federal case.
