U.S. Attorney Christopher A. Crofts announced today that Nunn, Colorado resident David PUHL has been convicted in federal court. Puhl was charged in an Indictment on May 21, 2014, for violating 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B), conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute methamphetamine. A jury found Puhl guilty after a five-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court in Cheyenne. Puhl is scheduled to be sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on Dec. 1, 2014.
