Mobile Man Sentenced To Three Years Imprisonment On Cocaine Conspiracy Charge

MOBILE, AL-- The United States Attorney, Kenyen R. Brown, announces that Kevin Marion was sentenced to thirty-six months imprisonment on Oct. 24, 2014 by United States District Court Judge William H. Steele, after pleading guilty to conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine in violation of Title 21 USC '846. Marion’s co-defendant, David Henley, was sentenced in January. The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
