Buffalo Man Pleads Guilty To Crack Cocaine Charge

Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy C. Lynch, who is handling the case, stated that between June 2013 and Feb. 25, 2014, the defendant purchased and then distributed crack cocaine. On Jan. 17, 2014, Buster was found in possession of three grams of crack cocaine while at the Niagara Outlet Mall in Niagara County, NY.

The plea is the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Adam S. Cohen and the Lackawanna Police Department, under the direction of Chief James Michel.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Skretny.
