United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Porfirio Rodriguez Reyes, 39, of Lincoln, received sentences today of 57 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of actual methamphetamine and 57 months for possession with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin. The total amount of actual methamphetamine purchased from Rodriguez Reyes was 104 grams (approximately 3 ¾ ounces), and the total amount of heroin was 378 grams (13 ½ ounces).
