Ranking Member Grijalva urges House Democrats to oppose the Republican attempts to repeal the Stream Protection Rule, which governs mountaintop removal mining, and the Methane Waste Prevention Rule, which prevents the oil and gas industry from wasting natural resources owned by the public.
