Roseann Gonzales-Schreiner Named Reclamation's Director, Policy and Administration

Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner Michael L. Connor announced today that Roseann Gonzales-Schreiner has been named to the Senior Executive Service position of Director, Policy and Administration in Denver, Colorado.

Gonzales-Schreiner will oversee Program and Policy Services, the Civil Rights Office and Human Resources. Since 2003, Roseann has served in the Senior Executive Service as the Director of Program and Policy Services.

She assumed her new responsibilities on Sept. 27, 2009.

Gonzales-Schreiner has 20 years of federal service in the Department of the Interior, primarily with the Bureau of Reclamation. She earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, she also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
