FRESNO, Calif. -The Bureau of Reclamation, as directed by the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act, Public Law No: 114-322 (WIIN Act), announces public negotiation sessions with Delta Division and other CVP contractors for water service conversion and existing repayment contracts for construction cost prepayments.
